"Fantastic!! The concierge was most helpful, even taking us personally over to an ATM machine across the road! Service in Peter's restaurant excellent, also in the Lobby for breakfast the service was excellent. Room was superb, comfortable bed, large room. Location across from the Imperial Palace, park, walking distance to Ginza area. Also nice & quiet area, not too crowded. This was the highlight of our trip ... many thanks."

"The most exquisite hotel I have stayed in. Beautiful interior design with sculptures and artistic features in hotel rooms and lobby areas, Service was impeccable, with the hotel small enough to be personal and caring. We stayed on the 23rd floor with great views. Our room consisted of very large bedroom with dining table and sofa and king bed, separated by magnificent hewed wooden dividing door leading to enormous bathroom with bath, sep shower, toilet with door and 2 vanity basins, and separate dressing room with ample space for cases and clothes including sit down dressing table. We cannot wait to go again."
